General Hotel & Reservations Terms and Conditions
Making a reservation:
- Please follow the instructions on the web site carefully.
- Please check all reservation details before submitting the reservation to avoid any errors.
- The reservation is a binding agreement between the hotel and the guests, and will take effect as soon as we issue a confirmation number.
- The hotel is not liable for any errors or non-confirmation issuance due to wrong information or details supplied by the guest.
- In case of any reservation errors or wrong details on the confirmation form, please contact the hotel as soon as possible to correct the errors or if you require any amendments to the reservation.
- The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore please frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
- Egypt is our country of domicile.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- Depending on the Type & date of booking, a down payment will be required to be made either in cash, bank deposit or by credit or debit card, whereas the card would be charged with the amount upon making the reservation.
- Depending on the time and dates of the reservation, and/or season, full payment would be required for the reservation amount before check in.
- In case of not covering the full payment for the reservation prior to check in, the guest is required to cover the full payment at the hotel front desk upon check in.
- Depending on the time of the reservation, if the hotel does not receive full payment for the reservation, the hotel will not be liable for any cancellation of the confirmed reservation.
- All prices may vary depending on room type, reservation dates, and season.
- The guest is responsible for checking the applicable price at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refunds:
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- In case of cancellation one week prior to arrival date, the guest will be refunded the full amount paid to the hotel.
- Some Reservation periods, rates & seasons are non-refundable of the reservation, i.e. Eid periods & public holidays if reservation is cancelled less than one week prior to the confirmed reservation date, or otherwise indicated in the confirmation form.
- In case of no show, the first night of the stay will be charged to the guest in low & regular season & reservation periods.
- In case the hotel is forced to cancel your reservation, a full refund of the down payment amount will be made to the guest in the same manner the reservation was paid for. This includes natural disasters & force majeure events.
- In case of any special requests, the guest is required to inform us of the full details upon making the reservation.
General Hotel Terms & Conditions:
- The guest is liable for any & all damages made to the room/s during the guest stay.
- The Guest is liable for any & all damages done to the hotel properties caused by his/her actions during the stay.
- The Guest is to follow all the rules & conditions set by the hotel management for public areas, swimming pool, and beach use set by the hotel management.
- The Guest is responsible for all personal valuables in his/her room, as well as carried on oneself in all public areas at all times. The hotel will not be liable for any theft or loss of personal items.
- Normal laws & government rules apply to all guest check in, stay and, check out procedures in the hotel and all its outlying areas & property.
- All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
